If you don’t love it, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your products, by phone or Email. We will be unable to replace or refund any orders brought to our attention after 30 days of confirmed delivery by our carriers.
Sometimes we will need your assistance to get the order right, and might request a photo or further instructions before reproducing an order. Just so we know how to make it right!
If for any reason, Fuego Stickers is unable to reproduce your order to your full satisfaction, of course, we will provide a full refund. Love it, or we’ll make it right!
Orders Lost or Damaged During Delivery
Our shipping partners are an important part of our business, which means that we expect nothing short of excellent, on time service on your shipments. It’s true that while your order is in transit, situations come up that are slightly out of our control, but we will not charge you for these issues. Please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date (or quoted delivery date for expedited orders) if your order arrived damaged or was lost in shipment.
NOTE: Weather delays that impact transit times are not covered as part of our guarantee. Due to COVID our shipping partners are experiencing intermittent delays.
The intent of our guarantee is to stand behind the quality and value of our products. It might go without saying, but just to be sure, we don’t assume liability for lost sales, labor costs, or other costs – but we’ve got you covered on reprinting stickers and shipping costs.
